For after hours and weekend calls, Dr Pillai is available on her mobile phone to answer your calls and to take care of any medical needs for your children. Dr Pillai can coordinate the care with Emergency Rooms at local hospitals and will refer to tertiary care hospitals as needed .

Our Referral Coordinator will provide you with appropriate referrals recommended by one of our providers. Please allow up to 72 hours for urgent referrals and 7 to 10 working days for routine referrals. Our staff will contact you by phone or email with referral information once approved by your insurance company. Approved referrals can also be picked up from our office at your convenience.

Please keep in mind that referral authorizations will be determined based on your insurance in- network facilities and specialists.
